Robert Maynard has rightly said “The object of education is to prepare the young to educate themselves throughout their lives”, because education is progressive discovery of our own ignorance and to develop an overall personality. Manav Mandir High School is a CBSE affiliated school which caters to students from Nursery to Secondary. It has the repute of being one of the best institutions in South Mumbai and working earnestly to upgrade quality of education and overall growth of students. We believe that only teachers can strengthen the foundation of a child’s growth whether in knowledge or character building. Therefore we strive to get the best teaching staff across the education industry thereby maintaining a healthy teacher student ratio as per the CBSE norms.

The school envisions imparting to its students child centred, value based quality education with emphasis on Indian culture leading to learning for life .Thus it aims at moulding the students to become responsible and responsive global citizens who can face successfully and with courage, the challenges of the present days world. Manav Mandir High School first priority is to ensure highest academic achievement of all students and provide them with caring, academic, participatory, safe and structured environment. It envisions empowering students, desiring their success, respecting their views and building their trust.

Each child is a unique and individual butterfly that will evolve and develop in his /her own way. I believe diversity in a classroom is strength and not a problem, the school aims at finding ways to help every student reach their highest potential with compassion and dignity that every student deserves. Meaningful learning occurs when students are allowed to confront real problems, make choices and find solutions. Learning is the sole bench mark for all school decisions.

As the world is moving into the second decade of the twenty first century there is an urgent need to realign, rethink, and reinvent educational practices to meet the needs of modern learners. I firmly believe in finding an approach that is agile, adaptable and in tune with twenty first century education needs.

With Best Regards, Mrs. Anuradha Sinha.
